Tip of the day: you need never again talk with a computer when calling any customer service:

Executive Summary: Someone figured out the right numbers to push and things to say to skip through the menus and talk with a human as quickly as possible.

I don’t know about you, but I’ll sure miss:

  1. the phrase: “Please Listen Carefully As Our Menu Options Have Changed…”
  2. carefully keying in my account number (since I always have to repeat it, anyway)
